Lisa and Rob Craig of Potomac Falls, VA wanted to take advantage of their walk-out rec room and backyard wooded view, with a patio addition. Having lived in this home for 14+ years, they looked forward to falling in love with their home again by creating an outdoor sanctuary and entertainment space. The completed project includes two levels of patio, grill/refrigerator station, sunk in hot tub, fireplace, retaining wall and landscaping and lighting throughout. Perfect Landscapes worked with the Craigs on a complete master plan of the property which also addressed leveling/raising the lawn near the woods, planning more reliable drainage toward a neighbor's lower property and full plant/landscaping to add color and privacy.
